1.1 Creating Your Account

ComplianceIQ registration is open to Organisation Administrators only. To register:

  1. Go to complianceiq.live and click Get Started
  2. Enter your full name and work email
  3. Create a strong password (minimum 12 characters)
  4. Enter your institution details
  5. Check your email for a verification link
  6. Click the link to activate your account
  7. Complete your onboarding profile

Note: Only one administrator can register per institution. Additional users must be invited by the administrator.

1.2 Completing Onboarding

After registration, complete your institution profile:

  • Institution name and type
  • Country and jurisdiction
  • Select your applicable compliance frameworks
  • Record any existing certifications

This information personalises your compliance assessment experience.

1.3 Setting Up Your Team

Invite your compliance team from Settings → Team:

  • Assessment Manager (approves assessments)
  • Org User (delegated to operate assessments on the AM's behalf)
  • Evidence Uploader (uploads evidence only)
  • Audit Manager (conducts internal audits)

We recommend inviting at least one Assessment Manager and one Org User before starting.
